As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first person that patients will interact with, so you will need to champion the core values of EvoDental.

You need to be an empathic communication expert with high emotional intelligence and deliver excellent patient service whilst achieving targets and KPIs.


THE ROLE

  • Handling patient enquiries via telephone calls, online forms and web chats.
  • Managing patient facing contact and meetings.
  • Using Customer Relationship Management and Dental Practice Management software you will have defined new contacts each day to follow up and progress through to First Consultation Appointments.
  • Triage and identify patients' needs and match them to our solutions.
  • Work closely with the Lead Clinician to ensure a first in class patient experience and effectively managed appointments.
  • Have indepth knowledge of our products and services so all patient queries can be answered and assessing patient suitability for treatment.
  • Outlining costs involved with procedures and discussing finance options.
  • Taking high value payments and processing these in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service, delivering a personalised, efficient and friendly service with the ability to take ownership of patient enquiries through to resolution.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to patients and our team through effective utilisation of appropriate methods/tools.
  • Meet personal/team targets and call handling quotas.
  • Making patient hotel bookings and advising on travel arrangements.
  • Follow communication and finance procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Liaising with your team members to provide detailed and instructive information relating to our treatment modalities for prospective patients.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients through open and empathic interactive communication.
  • Going the extra mile to engage patients and ensure a firstclass experience for them.

YOU
Dental industry or healthcare experience preferred but not essential

  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Exceptionally empathetic with a passion for customer service and strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Performance driven, able to manage at pace, selfmotivated and able to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills using tact, diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
  • Organised and able to multitask high work volumes whilst putting patients first.
  • A real teamplayer who can add value to our amazing culture.

£30,000 - £34,000 depending on experience.
