The Role

  • Develop existing relationships with clients, maximising sales opportunities and being first point of contact for any inbound enquiries on artwork, upcoming events and new releases.
  • To assist in the coordinating of stock for events, ensuring stock is plentiful and an involvement of the overall planning of events and exhibitions, requiring frequent communication with other departments and key stakeholders within the business.
  • Working on your own initiative and liaising with Area Sales Managers to ensure orders are processed and invoicing targets are achieved.
  • Working closely with our Merchandising team to ensure the appropriate stock is in our galleries.
  • Dealing with any delivery issues and damages which may arise.

Role Requirements

  • Previous proven experience in an Internal Sales, Account Management or Business Development role.
  • Proven ability to build relationships easily with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders within the business.
  • Process driven with great attention to detail and ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent IT skills you must be proficient in the use of Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
**Your working pattern will be 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis (Saturday hours 10am - 5pm)
