Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support specialist to join our team, responsible for building and managing simple, template-based automation flows.

This role is ideal for someone with good computer skills and a tech-savvy background, ready to contribute to our AI automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build straightforward boxtobox automation flows based on predefined templates.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize flows accordingly.
• Conduct rigorous testing of automation systems to ensure they function seamlessly.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automation flows to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with technical and client service teams to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in using computer software and technology.
• Capable of understanding and implementing simple automation systems.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• A background in technology or a related field, with a keen interest in AI and automation.
