Gi Group Mansfield are currently recruiting for a permanent
Sales Progressor to join a local estate agency in
Mansfield due to their continued growth and success.

Experience within a similar role/industry is preferred but if you are confident, chatty and outgoing we would love to hear from you
You will build strong, professional relationships with sellers, buyers, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers whilst providing a great service.


Job Specification:


  • Working alongside the Sales Negotiators you will be progressing all agreed sales through to
exchange of contracts and completion.

  • This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners.
  • Chasing the progression from each part of the chain, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.
  • Confidence is key
  • Proven customer service skills and sales experience
  • Performance focused and driven to succeed
  • An interest in the property market
  • Full UK clean driving license
  • Prioritising our customer needs ensuring every home move exceeds expectations
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Experience using computer systems
  • Great telephone manner

Salary
£21k basic salary OTE £36k+

Monday to Friday

8:30am - 5:30pm

With 1 in every 3 Saturday's on a rota basis.
