Accounts Assistant - Temporary Role Minimum 8 Weeks

Start Date Monday 17th April 2023

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

£13 per hour


Main Duties:
Reconciling Merchant Bank Accounts

Reconciling Credit Card Receipts from Connect Pay Portal

Uploading Sales Invoices to Sage 50

Posting Credit Card Statements to Sage 50

Other ad hoc accounts duties


Required Skills/Experience:
Must have full working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts

3 years' experience working in an accounts department

Strong Bank Reconciliation Skills

Keen attention to detail

Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 8 weeks


Salary:
£13.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday

  • Beckenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
