As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and dedicated educators, helping to foster the growth and development of our youngest learners.

You will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn, play, and explore.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Assisting with the organisation and management of the classroom, including preparing materials and resources
Providing onetoone support to children who need additional help with their learning
Observing and assessing children's progress and reporting back to the teacher
Supporting children's emotional and social development
Communicating regularly with parents and carers
Experience working with young children, ideally in a nursery or early years setting
A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
A friendly and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education
A relevant childcare qualification is desirable, but not essential
