The job itself:
The Governors of Skirlaugh CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a self-motivated and highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team.
The successful applicant will play a key role in undertaking reception duties as well as supporting the Lead Administration Assistant and teaching and support staff in a range of general administrative tasks.
- Experience as an administrator
- A positive, 'cando' attitude, a sense of humour and be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Computer literacy skills and experience of working with new IT packages
- Good communication skills, projecting a positive image of the school to staff, parents and visitors.
- A friendly, calm and patient attitude.
