Main duties and responsibilities:

- Develop a strong rapport with non existing customers with the aim to change supplier.
- Product knowledge is key, so staying up to date with the market and our client to ensure an accurate and clear delivery of all sales.
- Proactively help with any extra enquires in regards to our inbound/sales and customer service team.
- Be a strong team player and drive your team to success.
- Take accountability for the delivery of your sales and individual targets.

**Over view of role and duties: - **As a sales advisor for EC Outsourcing, you will deal with both outbound and inbound sales calls. You will be required to focus on inbound as well as outbound and this is to encourage support and develop your skills, in order to build a strong product knowledge base. This will involve securing customers accounts and discussing fixed contracts to fix their energy for longer periods of time.
Your main duties thereafter are to contact non existing customers, with the aim to change their current supplier.
You will be expected to work towards a daily sales target and take accountability for the delivery of your sales.

£21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
