Description

The Learning and Development Advisor role will sit within the overall HR team, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager.

You will help coordinate and facilitate all learning and development activities across the business.

The role will be responsiblefor coordinating development both internally and externally, administration, overseeing our systems, and reporting and providing management information to support managers in managing their teams.

Excellent communication skills
Highly organised and strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships quickly
Excellent team player skills and behaviours
Confidence in using Learning Management Systems.
Forwardthinking and genuine interest in the latest learning and development practices.
Will have experience in logistics distribution and supply chain (desirable)

Job Offer
- £30-35k
