Training Resource Scheduler - Competitive Salary + Benefits - Irthlingborough (NN9 5QF)
**The Role

Do you have a passion for training and development and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are looking to expand our Resource and Scheduling team and require a Training coordinator/ Resource Scheduler.

You will be responsible for all aspects of arranging and setting up training courses at our venues and partners sites across the UK.


The role requires you to have a flexible approach to working hours in order to accommodate the needs of clients and the business.

**Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of a Training Resource Scheduler include, but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently managing the day-to-day functionality of the business relating to resourcing and scheduling.
  • Responsibility of maintaining full and accurate records of all trainers and subcontractors to ensure the effective running of the business.
  • Scheduling trainer resource/diary management effectively.
  • Managing our room allocation across several sites.
  • Working closely with the sales team and trainers to make sure we adhere to clients' SLAs and timescales.
  • Liaising with other Training Providers on 3rd Party Venues on course availability.
  • Providing date availability to internal teams.
  • Assisting with precourse queries from trainers/delegates/other departments.
  • Monitoring/maintaining/reviewing the open course calendar.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Training Resource Scheduler are:

  • Administration experience, preferably relating to scheduling/diary management or resource planning.
  • Experience within a training organisation is desirable.
  • A knowledge and understanding of training schemes, such as CPCS, NPORS, etc would be advantageous.
  • Can demonstrate that you have a history of task completing and achieving goals and deadlines within a timeframe.
  • Experience of effective communication skills are a must, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
