Brief overview of the role:

We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to kickstart their career in Business Administration and Data Management.

As an Administration and Data Management Apprentice, you will be assisting in day-to-day tasks under the guidance of the Talen Acquisition Lead and Head of Sales and Marketing.

This is a remote role.


Qualifications Required:

Potential apprentices must have GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 or equivalent, in Maths and English.

Future Prospects:


Vacancy description:

This is a remote role.


To undertake allocated administration tasks including assisting with the monitoring of team KPIs, the administration of on-line data and reports and undertaking follow up actions as appropriate.


Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, MIS and Administration Manager and Head of Sales to support with the administrative function of the department.


Working on systems uploading documents, pulling reports, using this system effectively to help drive the department's KPIs to submit, monitor and report all data correctly.

Assist in housekeeping of files on our electronic data systems ensuring clean live data is always retained.

Support the business with providing wider support as and when required by the MIS and Administration Manager.

You will complete an internal apprenticeship at L3 in Business Administration, through Skills 4 Pharmacy.


Other Information:

This is a remote role. Equipment will be provided.
