Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home)- Basic salary of £22k + monthly bonus

Main responsibilities consist of:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the collection team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and legal regulations pertaining to debt collection.
- Monitor and analyse customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to the collection team.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collection activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers and resolve any disputes.
- Contribute to the overall customer service objectives of the company.
The Successful Applicant:
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of collection regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
- Previous experience in sales or collections preferred
- Negotiation experience in financial sector also considered.
- Excellent questioning and negotiating skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and empathetic attitude.
- Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills.
- Ability to positively resolve highly emotional situations.
- Strong work ethic and initiative & ability to work towards target.
