Role Responsibility:


Governance Coordinator

£22,000-£24,000 per annum

40 Hours per Week - Monday to Friday

Hybrid working - Kent, Essex or Sussex area


As a Governance Coordinator you will provide support to the Governance Manager and will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Clinical Quality Lead and Clinical & Professional Development Manager as required, and to undertake duties in support of the wider G4S Specialist Transport Service as required.


What's involved:


GENERAL

  • Support the Governance Manager in the coordination of activities (e.g. arranging meetings, taking minutes, distributing information, booking venues, collating documents, scheduling events)
  • Maintain the document management system and support document owners to update and review documents in a timely manner.
  • Support the organisation and management of the Governance committee. This will include scheduling meetings, preparing papers, and monitoring actions
  • Support teams in preparation for regulatory reviews (e.g. arranging attendance, distributing information, taking minutes)
  • Maintain a good knowledge of emerging policies from the CQC, PHE, NHS and
government departments.

  • Support the development of the governance plans for the business
  • To provide administrative support to the Governance Manager, Clinical Quality Lead, Clinical & Professional Development Manager as required.
