Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety and Compliance Officer to ensure the utmost safety standards are upheld within our residential properties.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in overseeing Fire Safety and General Health & Safety measures, demonstrating a strong commitment to safeguarding our residents and properties.


Responsibilities:


1.


Expertise in Safety Management:

Demonstrate proficiency in Fire Safety management and Health & Safety compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.


2.


Collaboration and Liaison:

Maintain effective communication with Fire consultants and senior management to coordinate safety initiatives and address any emerging concerns promptly.


3.


Risk Assessment Oversight:

Review and monitor Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and Building strategies, ensuring comprehensive evaluation and implementation of corrective measures.


4.


Program Management:

Manage FRA programs meticulously, analysing and progressing all resulting actions to fortify fire safety measures and establish robust systems.


5.


Process Implementation:

Implement Health & Safety Processes derived from FRAs/Risk Assessments, ensuring swift action and compliance with safety protocols.


6.


Contractor Supervision:


Take responsibility for supervising and monitoring work undertaken by contractors directly involved in the project, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards.


7.


Documentation and Certification:


Establish and maintain meticulous documentation and certification procedures, including the development of an online log portal for easy access and reference.


8.


Continuous Learning and Development:


Possess an advanced skill set and demonstrate a willingness to embrace challenges, continually seeking opportunities for professional growth and improvement.


9.


Fire Door Inspection:

Possess Fire door inspection certification or display a commitment to undergoing relevant training courses to acquire necessary certification.


Safety Commitment:

Ø Flexible Hours.

Ø Salary plus bonuses.


Salary:
£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
