Head of Finance | Beeston, Nottinghamshire

Exciting opportunity to join an established (Average of 20% YOY growth) owner managed SME with global operations based in Beeston as Head of Finance to support their ambitious growth strategy.

Offering up to £75,000 + Matched Pension + Hybrid working & Flexible hours

The FD is looking for someone to implement tangible improvements and for this person to put their own stamp on a growing business.

Ideally, you will:

Have experience in a company with a turnover in excess of £20m
Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA)
Confident communication style, preferably having had exposure to dealing with senior managers (nonfinance) in order to influence them to embrace recommended improvements, and obtain key information from them to tight timescales
An individual with a blend of financial (Stats, VAT, Controls) and Commercial (Sales reporting, FP&A, KPIs) finance experience
Practical experience of leveraging Office 365 Apps, to automate processes and reporting
