What you'll be doing...
The Sustainability Executive (SE) helps to deliver the Sustainability programme - Evolve.

They will be required to organize, monitor, and maintain sustainability initiatives across our 3 pillars - Our Impact, Our Communities and Our Foundations.

In addition, the SE supports the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives by identifying areas for improvement, performing research, communicating new practices, coordinating with key implementers, and assisting in the planning of projects - strong project management skills essential therefore.

Conducting research, benchmarking of key trends and translating best practices into key insights.

To be successful you'll bring...

  • Relevant degree and/or masters e.g. in sustainability, environment, geography
  • Relevant post graduate experience in a sustainability role, strong understanding of CSR/ESG/Sustainability principles and experience in embedding them.
  • Innovative, proactive, selfstarter, cando attitude essential. Sees obstacles as something to be solved rather than be derailed.
  • Ambitious in a sustainability related career.
  • Driven by the purpose to do good but with a commercially led approach.
  • Experience of working with corporate clients, property investors, asset managers and/or an understanding of landlord and tenant relationships an advantage.
  • Technical knowledge/background an advantage.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Personable character with an ability to foster good working relationships.
