EPIP01005-3Preston City Council is seeking an RICS qualified surveyor to assist in the management of its Investment Property Portfolio and to implement the recommendations of the Investment Portfolio Action Plan, which seeks to improve the performance of these assets.

The post holder will have experience in managing commercial properties, a sound working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and good communication and report writing skills.

The post holder will prepare valuations for Investment and Operational properties; negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals and make recommendations regarding the disposal or retention of the Council's property assets.
