The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of financial decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with various departments and business units, serving as the bridge between finance and operations.

Your role will be dynamic and challenging, offering a unique opportunity to influence our financial strategies and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner, providing financial guidance to business units, helping them achieve their goals.
Analyse and interpret financial data, trends, and performance, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
Drive financial accountability by monitoring key performance indicators and financial targets.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Engage in crossfunctional projects to enhance financial processes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Advantage: Revenue recognition including Deferred Revenues experience
Ability to run End to End P&L Balance sheet process
Ability to showcase analytical and problemsolving skills with strong business acumen
Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as experience with common management reporting systems including ERP and BI tools are an advantage
Ability to manage & manipulate data & present in a meaningful way
Ability to work independently and effectively with people at all levels
A wellstructured way of working combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
Has the ability to take ownership of an area and drive improvement
