Your duties will include:

Prepare all the documents required for end of the day

  • Welcomes guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, with a personalised approach
  • Prepare all the documents required for end of the day
  • Ensuring an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete night audit procedures
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Making and confirming reservations for guests
  • Computing all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
  • Providing accurate information about local attractions and services
  • Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
  • Monitoring visitors to the hotel
  • Demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times
  • Achieving positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maximizing room occupancy and use upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

Job Types:

Salary:
£11.97 per hour
