Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Works Delivery Coordinator with a Railway/ Civil background, to support a growing portfolio of buildings projects and work on a framework contract for Network Rail.


Your Responsibilities:

Within the role you can expect to be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the Project Manager to coordinate the programme of works across Works Delivery LNE and maintain an updated programme of all live works orders.
  • Collate change log and change management information directly from the programme, providing commercial forecast.
  • Prepare fortnightly programme snapshots and assist Project Manager in review meetings, recording minutes.
  • Allocate new works remits received as directed.
  • Update required KPI control boards for response works and help to create actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Update Technical Query and Land Access Registers and submit weekly to Network Rail.
  • Complete weekly client report updates eg: weekly PDR report.
  • Process and book traffic management as directed by Works Delivery Managers.
  • Compile EOTs and undertake Trend Analysis.
  • Liaise with client to communicate general updates.
  • Liaise with site operatives to notify of upcoming shifts and maintain the shift tracker.

Desirable Skills:


  • Ability to communicate at all levels as you will be liaising with Senior Management and clients
  • Experience in a similar role within Railway/ Civils environment
  • Competent at reporting to strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Office (Essential)
  • Reporting/ Strong administration background (Essential)
  • PTS/ Rail knowledge (Desirable)
