Community Wellbeing Worker

Do you want to make a positive difference working with children and young people across the district supporting them with their mental health and wellbeing?
Are you able to think creatively and tailor your approach based on need?
Do you have experience supporting people around their wellbeing and working in a multiagency environment?

Salary scale:
£11.87 per hour, increasing to £12.63 per hour on successful completion of a 6 month probationary period

Contract:
Fixed term until 31st March 2024

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Base:
Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU with some travel around Bradford District and Craven.

Service Manager
