Commercial Property Solicitor NQ Southampton - £43,000 - £60,000
Our client is one of the UK's leading full-service law firms, with offices in across the South regions. They provide clients with practical and straightforward legal advice whatever their regional, national and international requirements. Their clients arecommercial business, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and private individuals.

The firm are seeking a NQ - 5 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their tier 1 team based in Southampton.

My client offers flexible hybrid working (office/remotely from home)
The team deals with matters a range of matters including investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities.

We are seeking applicants who have the following skills as there will be a wide variety of quality work including:

  • Commercial development
  • Acquisition disposals
  • Licences & including financial development.
  • Secured lending
  • Investment and asset management
  • Landlord and tenant matters


You will also have the opportunity to work alongside some key figures in the Commercial Property legal field in the Southeast region.
