Joining a team of two other friendly administrators, you will be providing a high level of customer care and supporting a small team of Financial Advisors.

The role

  • Diary management
  • Attending review meetings with the advisor to review clients' files and portfolios
  • Assisting in event management
  • Logging client information on salesforce CRM
  • Updating training records
  • Speaking and corresponding to investment and pension providers on behalf of the independent financial advisor
  • Accurately processing administration
  • Formulating client letters

The ideal experience

  • Administration and customer service skills
  • Competent in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience within a financial service environment
