Joining a team of two other friendly administrators, you will be providing a high level of customer care and supporting a small team of Financial Advisors.

The role
- Diary management
- Attending review meetings with the advisor to review clients' files and portfolios
- Assisting in event management
- Logging client information on salesforce CRM
- Updating training records
- Speaking and corresponding to investment and pension providers on behalf of the independent financial advisor
- Accurately processing administration
- Formulating client letters
The ideal experience
- Administration and customer service skills
- Competent in MS Word and Excel
- Experience within a financial service environment
