Euro Resin Solutions Ltd are one of the leading resin flooring contractors, material supplier and installer of resin floors across the UK.
In addition, we further specialise in supply and installation of IMO marine and offshore Resin Systems.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the warehouse, working closely with the directors of the business.
The successful applicant should have a 'can do' attitude with a hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure.
Role Requirements
Be physically fit and able to work in a manual environment
Experience within a warehouse environment is preferred
A friendly and positive attitude and able to work as part of a team
Have held a full, clean, UK driving licence for at least 12 months and own transport is required due to location not being on public transport routes
Flexibility as some start times may change due to operational demand
Have a good awareness of health and safety as we do handle hazardous goods
Be proficient in driving a forklift
Must be computer literate
Ability to work without direct supervision
The Role
Packing orders and dispatch of materials to customers
Managing tools, equipment and materials for land and overseas marine contracts including loading and unloading vans
Delivery to customers and contract sites occasionally requires
Ensuring equipment is in good working order
Organise and manage stock, tools and sundry items
Monitor and inspect the quality of goods in and out
Ensure goods are labelled, packed and stored appropriately and ready for picking
Liase with others to ensure continuity of information between the warehouse and sales/accounts
Ensure a good level of housekeeping is maintained within the warehouse
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (1/2 hour for lunch) 42.5 hours a week with 28 days holiday to include bank holidays
