This is an events-based role which would be perfect for someone with a Hospitality, Retail, Security or Team Supervisory background.

It's an exciting role with lots of opportunity for growth.

RESPONSIBILTIES

Act as a point of contact for both our team and clients; addressing their concerns, assisting with queries, and providing feedback on each event.
Represent the company at each event, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Conduct regular team observations and provide constructive feedback to both the team and the Head of Operations.
Complete and submit shift reports at the end of each event.
Manage the checking in and checking out of all SAFECROWDS staff; registering attendance on the schedule, accurately reporting numbers to the event organiser, issuing all event information to the team.
Ensure operational excellence through preparing our team for a successful shift; ensuring unform standards are adhered to, checking licenses and badges, giving out handbooks and report pads as required.
Collaborate with event supervisors and staff to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Ensure that your team conduct their all of their duties diligently and in accordance with relevant guidelines.

You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with your team and clients.
You have some leadership experience, this may be in a supervisory or management role.
You have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, and you conduct yourself professionally at all times.
You have the ability to think on your feet and be reactive to situations before they escalate.
You are calm in your approach and influential when articulating your opinion.
