Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Sales Administrator in Blackpool
Salary:
Up to £30,000
Hours: 40 hours per week

What's Expected of the
Sales Administrator
- Previous Industry Experience is necessary.
- Head a small team of administrators all with varying experience.
- Liase with sales execs and managers to process invoices, register warranty and tax cars.
- Review profit reconciliation with sales management in conjunction with the site accounts team.
- Maintain well kept stock books and manage a high volume of transactions.
- Use Government RAV to competently register new vehicles.
- Work with other dealerships internally and externally process vehicle transfers and swaps.
- Work with the sales department, in order to provide specification details and transfer the correct paperwork along with vehicles being traded at auction.
