My client based in Aylesbury town centre, are looking for

Claims Handlers to join their growing team


Duties will include:

  • Processing claims
  • To act as the main point of contact for customers and clients
  • Ensuring service level agreements (SLA's) are adhered to
  • Check supplier estimates and invoices are equal with the cause and extent of damage reported by customers and insurers
  • Use recommended price tables, digital photos, questioning techniques and policy documents to determine the appropriateness of estimates
  • Updating jobs correctly on in house system
  • Handling low level complaints
Previous experience of working within claims or CII qualification is not essential for this role but an advantage.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
