Our Client, an independent Surveying practice based in Kent, is looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team.

The role will involve working in Kent and South East London and provides an opportunity to progress to the Director levelin the business.


As a Chartered Building Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Working on Commercial properties
  • Experience with High-End Residential Properties
  • Dilapidation, Party Wall, Defect Diagnosis and General Building Surveying

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • MRICS OR FRICS Qualifications
  • Experience in Building Surveyor
  • Own Vehicle

Working hours:


  • As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll be required to work Monday
  • Friday

Our client is offering the successful Chartered Building Surveyor:

  • £55,000
  • £70,000 Basic plus additional earning potential
  • Discretionary Bonus
  • 22 days plus bank holidays
  • Career progression
  • Ability to work from the office or from home
