Remote (May require travel to Hammersmith, Reading or Slough for meetings)

Salary/Rate:
Up to £550 per day INSIDE IR35

Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecommunications clients They are currently looking for a skilled Portfolio Planner to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will be responsible for the building plans.
Managing dependencies, risks, issues, plans etc.
You will be managing and interpreting large sets of data.

You will play an active analytical role within the programme - spotting themes, trends, risks etc from the data as opposed to playing more of an administrative support role to the PMs.

You will be facilitating workshops, presenting, communicating with impact, and challenging the status quo.

Required Skills/Experience

Working Project Managers in the Finance Sector.
Experience of building dependencies.
Experience of working with PPM tools is a must (if that tool is smartsheets then even better).

Must have demonstrable experience of working on large transformation programmes where they helped to see the bigger picture and connect the dots (managing/helping PMs to manage dependencies, risks, issues, plans).

Must be comfortable facilitating workshops, presenting, communicating with impact, and challenging the status quo.
Must have experience of managing and interpreting large sets of data.
Experience of working on large transformation programmes.
Advanced Excel skills is a must.
PowerBI is a plus.
