Kantar Consulting is a specialist growth consultancy. We help clients develop and implement brand, marketing, retail, sales and shopper strategies to deliver growth.

We currently have opportunities for experienced market research, insights or strategy consultants to join our Growth Finder division to help ignite and nurture successful client relationships.

You will be able to call upon different sources of information to communicate a compelling & strategic story to some of our biggest clients.

You will be mentored by practice Directors and Partners teams and have responsibility for client service, solutions, capabilities and business development within a Strategy capacity.

What type of Client Questions do we answer in Strategy?

How do I identify growth opportunities through deep consumer understanding?
How do I make sure my portfolio is aligned & fit to win today & tomorrow?
How do I align around a more transformative, longterm vision, and growth strategy & small number of big bets designed to drive longterm growth?
How can I inspire more forwardlooking planning, innovation & activation against current and future market shifts?

KEY OUTCOMES

Leading project management, keeping on top of the team's roles, KPI tracking, budget and timeline
Contribute towards building strong client relationships through effective daytoday client management
Help to create and deliver engaging and compelling client presentations for an executivelevel audience
Support business development efforts including proposal development
Act as a culture carrier, creating positive experiences and memories that create our shared story

CAPABILITIES

A background in either quantitative market research, insights, or strategic consulting
Solid understanding of segmentation methods
Logical, practical, and well organised problem solvers with a curiosity that will impact our clients' strategy and growth
The ability to tell a detailed, multilayered and impactful story through data & other sources of info not just the 'nice to know' but the 'sowhat' for clients
Able to manage complex, multistakeholder projects
Rigorous analytical skills confidence, proficiency and enjoyment in working with numerical outputs
Curious and proactive in exploring avenues to challenge the status quo to build new ways of working & innovate approaches to drive more effective, efficient and inspiring outcomes.
