We have an exciting secondment opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the Digital & Direct team within Volkswagen Financial Services UK Ltd.

The role will manage key stakeholder relationships and is responsible for delivering compliant marketing campaigns, offers and events to consumers to drive sales.


The role is responsible for the delivery and management of marketing projects in conjunction with Marketing Managers, VWG Brands and agencies plus general operational tasks, ensuring quality control, budget management and thorough audit trails are in place for all marketing activity.

Responsibilities include:


  • Manage the relationship with key VWG brand marketing stakeholders, third party providers alongside Marketing Managers to ensure an outstanding customer experience is delivered and projects are delivered to business requirements.
  • Influence and identify opportunities with VWG brand marketing teams and VWFS brand managers to enhance marketing campaigns with compliant finance, insurance and aftersales information across all channels.
  • Work with the Marketing Managers to optimise customer journeys across all platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to develop clear and concise briefs for marketing initiatives from VWFS Marketing Managers and other VWFS stakeholders across the business.
  • Produce presentations and make proactive recommendations to support brand finance initiatives, with an ability to persuade and influence the outcome to support the delivery of VWFS commercial objectives.
  • Assess competitor activity and suggest improvements to enhance Brand finance marketing solutions.
  • Create content and manage stakeholder approval process for all retailer and customer communications
  • Ensure that Brand website insurance content is compliant and commercially focused.
  • Production, delivery and stock management of brochures and other POS materials
  • Be the Corporate Identity guardians for VWFS and all its sub brands, also the VWG brands when being used by the VWFS agencies.
  • Raise purchase orders and seek signoff, manage expenditure approval forms
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing communications strategy and planning
