About the department


RSM UK's Talent Acquisition Team has recently experienced significant investment and is ready to embark on a second phase of growth.

This is given the crucial part it plays within the firm nationally; being responsible for the co-ordination, management,and strategic direction of the business' experienced people recruitment.

About the role


We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist to support recruitment for our National Tax and Pay & People Service Line.

Whilst not an entirely remote position, this role affords excellent hybrid and flexible working.

Due to the locationof existing team members and business needs, ideally applicants will reside near one of the following offices:


  • Birmingham
  • Glasgow
  • Edinburgh
  • Manchester


In this role, you will be responsible for execution of the talent acquisition strategy for Tax and Pay & People experienced hires, working with hiring managers and HRBPs to establish workforce requirements.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Managerand stakeholders, you will provide management of the end-to-end recruitment process (attraction, selection strategy and delivery through to hire and aftercare) for positions within our Tax and Pay & People service line across the Central and Northern Regions,for example Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Employer Solutions and VAT specialists, as well as Payrollers and HR Consultants.

This will involve ensuring the quality and quantity of hires align with our future growth plans and providing an exceptional experienceto both our potential colleagues and hiring managers whilst reducing recruitment costs where possible.

This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing various projects and vacancies. You will work proactively, reactively and flexibly, using your own initiative and creativity. Prior experience of recruiting forProfessional Services (accountancy firms ideally) within an agency or in-house capacity is ideal.
