Supervisor - Starbucks Warrington

Cineworld Warrington has an opening for a Starbucks supervisor. This will be a licensed store and operated by Cineworld in partnership with Starbucks.


The Role of the Starbucks Supervisor is to lead the Barista team during scheduled shifts and to support the cinema management team in running the Starbucks store.

You will deploy the team and delegate tasks so that the Starbucks experience is created and maintained for our customers.

You will act as an ambassador for the guiding principles of Starbucks and Cineworld.


The Cinema is one of Cineworld's newest site with 13 screens, situated in Time Square, which is a new and vibrant leisure area in Warrington, which has a large selection of bars and restaurants in close proximity.

The Starbucks store is located at the entrance of the cinema and is a growing establishment, popular with the local businesses.


You should demonstrate that you are self motivated and that you have a passion for coffee whilst living the values, show strong leadership skills and be fully focused on the Customer Experience.
