Who are we?


We Clean Ltd are the midlands leading commercial cleaning organisation, operating from its Head Office in Rubery and providing professional cleaning services to a wide range of blue chip commercial, industrial and well known venue establishments.

As part of our continued organic growth we are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to ensure our 600+ staff are correctly and timely rewarded for their hard work.


The Role:


  • Who are we looking for?
  • Experience working in a payroll team
  • The role will require a working knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Methodical, process driven with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a demanding environment
  • Good communicator, personable and ability to work well within a team

Duties:


The role entails end to end processing of our in house payroll, including but not limited to;

  • Inputting timesheets to sage payroll
  • Payroll processing and reporting
  • Inputting new starters and production of leavers
  • Production of pension in line with pension regulatory requirements
  • Bacs payments
  • RTI processing
  • DBS and Credit Checking
  • Maintain holiday records
  • Attachments of Earnings
  • Liaising with contract mangers, employee and stakeholders at all levels
