    • Job Title: Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
    • Job Location: Bristol
    • Salary: £53,508-£60,001.50 per annum (37.5 hours/week, 52 weeks/year)
    • Contract Type: Permanent

    We're offering an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an ambitious team driving the development and growth of our Speech and Language Therapy (SaLT) service.

    As a Senior Clinical Leader within our multidisciplinary Integrated Therapy Team, you'll have a real voice and influence strategic decisions.

    You'll oversee line management and clinical supervision of a talented team of therapists across our education and care sites, guiding and empowering less experienced therapists as they grow in their careers.

    A Day in the Life of a Senior Clinical Lead

    • Directly lead and support the strategic and operational delivery of Speech & Language Therapy (SALT) services.
    • Manage a caseload of children and young adults with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
    • Design, monitor, and implement high-quality therapeutic training to therapists and team members.
    • Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities for junior therapists and assistants.
    • Work with the Therapies Director to expand and enhance the SALT provision.
    • Ensure compliance with professional standards, confidentiality, and safeguarding protocols.

    To Be a Successful Senior Clinical Lead

    • A recognised post-graduate qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC Registration.
    • At least 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a Speech and Language Therapist, with 1 year's experience in supervising or managing a team.
    • The desire and confidence to run supervisions and offer training and support to other therapy professionals.
    • Good IT skills and a full driving licence.
