Sales Executive
Leeds
Up to £21,000 per annum (OTE £35,000)
£1500 - £2000 monthly bonus to be earned

My client based in the very centre of Leeds is looking to recruit a Sales Executive, the purpose of the role is to work with highly successful estate agency brands offering a conveyancing service.

You will work within an energetic team, that require highly motivated and organised individuals, who are driven by exceeding their targets and providing their customers with an exceptional customer experience.

This role challenges the stereotypical perceptionof working in sales.

Our business is built on strong relationships with both clients and customers and it's fair to say no one day is the same.

In return, the role offers a market leading bonus scheme, with uncapped commission available meaning you are fully in control of your earnings.

Main Duties:

Outbound sales of a white label branded Conveyancing service to clients on behalf of the country's leading independent estate agencies.
Build and maintain professional working relationships with all estate agents to ensure that all goals are achieved for both the department and business partners.
Proactively manage your own workload ensuring that all objectives are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills Required:

Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
Exceptional communicator with a proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
Client focused with the ability to quickly create and maintain positive working
Persuasive and articulate
Sound understanding of the property market
Experience of working in a high volume environment
