Job Description:

We're looking for a hands-on Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Global Talent Attraction team. This is a varied, fast paced, and exciting opportunity with a truly global remit.

You will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our Global Technology organisation across our International Markets inc; Europe, Canada, Singapore & Australia.

You will also support hiring for other global functions as business demands require.


Reporting to the International Recruitment Lead, you will partner and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to define sourcing strategies, source the very best talent and guide Hiring Managers on market conditions, availability (both internally and externally) to secure the very best talent for McDonalds Corporate business.


Key to this role is the ability to be consultative and an effective and persuasive communicator, who is proactive and hands on.

Many of the skills we look to hire will require the direct sourcing of passive talent.

You will use your sourcing skills to identify talent, understand their skills and career aspirations and assess their fit for McDonalds.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the endtoend recruitment process inc. Strategy Meeting, Sourcing, Screening, and offer creation / management.
  • Use proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active talent using Boolean searches and direct messaging.
  • Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers, HRBPs & Rewards.
  • Enhance Global Talent Acquisition credibility with stakeholders by sharing knowledge, data, and insight from the external market inc. competitor activity, trends & innovation.
  • Champion Talent Acquisition policy inc. Recruitment best practice, process compliance & data integrity.
  • Responsible for adhering to key metrics and SLAs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Proven Recruitment Experience: You will have experience of recruiting permanent talent within large corporate / matrix organisations, RPO or agency recruitment.

A combination of these areas would be an advantage as well as experience of:


  • Technology recruiting (Software Devs, Data & Analytics, Project/Product Managers & I/ML)
  • Recruiting across geographies outside of the UK.

Experienced Sourcer: Confident user of Boolean logic to identify passive talent leveraging LinkedIn, CV databases, networks, social media & Google etc.

Collaborate Approach: Skilled at managing expectations, able to build relationships quickly and customer obsessed.

Delivery Focused: Ability to thrive as an independent contributor who is driven to go above and beyond. You take personal accountability for actions and individual success measures. Proactive in bringing solutions to problems.

Software: Well-acquainted with the MS Office Software, LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and Applicant Tracking Systems - we use SmartRecruiters.
