Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working in an officebased role handling customer enquiries.
  • A great telephone manner.
  • A genuinely friendly and helpful individual who wants to get to know the customer better.
  • Customer focused, representing our client in a professional manner to ensure consistency and efficiency in all customer contact.
  • Neat and tidy, able to portray a professional appearance at work.
  • Some Microsoft Office skills (such as Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Desirable:

  • Use of a telephone for long periods.
  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (customer queries, account management duties, product queries etc).
  • Ideally educated to college standards (with GCSEs in English and Maths).

  • You must be hard working, conscientious, and passionate about contributing towards the smooth and professional delivery of our products to customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and take pride in the standards and quality of your work.

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
