Description

What will you be doing?:

You'll be supporting the duty management of the office building and administrative tasks involved.


Using various communication tools, you'll ensure that internal customers are proactively kept informed of logged issues in addition to any upcoming changes, as well as ensuring that trading communications are published accurately, professionally and on time.


You'll be providing reports of performance of central team responses to queries and help monitor the support follow up of outstanding issues to resolution.


As part of our growing culture, you'll be actively contributing to continuous improvement which will include taking part in daily performance huddles, problem solving workshops, working to a work plan and helping to celebrate individual and team successes.


How will I know if I am right for this role?:
Ideally you will have previous customer service experience within a similar setting.

Knowledge of Retail and/or Funeral Trading Operations would be advantageous, in addition to knowledge of central processes.


You'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident in problem solving with a keen eye for detail.
