MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:


The role is a junior role providing support to all areas of the finance department, including basic postings, and covering of holiday duties.


MAIN DUTIES:


  • Support the AP Officers in posting Supplier invoices/credit notes
  • Holiday Cover for AP & AR Officers with basic duties
  • Including posting invoices & credit notes, payments and receipts
  • Banking Cheques
  • Filing
  • Handling Post
  • Handling any basic paperwork including company cars
  • Any other duties including basic office management.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:


  • Part qualified/starting exams
  • Will possess excellent communication skills, be strong in Excel, have a good
management experience.

  • Strong numerical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
  • Work as part of a team but also be a selfstarter.
  • Experience of Sage, SAP or Access Supply Chain a benefit but not a requirement
full training will be given

  • Monday to Friday
