MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
The role is a junior role providing support to all areas of the finance department, including basic postings, and covering of holiday duties.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Support the AP Officers in posting Supplier invoices/credit notes
- Holiday Cover for AP & AR Officers with basic duties
- Including posting invoices & credit notes, payments and receipts
- Banking Cheques
- Filing
- Handling Post
- Handling any basic paperwork including company cars
- Any other duties including basic office management.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
- Part qualified/starting exams
- Will possess excellent communication skills, be strong in Excel, have a good
- Strong numerical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
- Work as part of a team but also be a selfstarter.
- Experience of Sage, SAP or Access Supply Chain a benefit but not a requirement

- Camberwell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
