Up to 27 hours per week
Working pattern:
Term time plus Inset days
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £15,205 per annum
- Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments_

The Burgess Hill Academy are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated
Learning Mentor to join our expanding team.
Working in co-ordination with SENCo and Pastoral Leaders, our Learning Mentor will support and work with individual and small groups of identified pupils in consultation with key staff and other professionals and the pupil themselves.
They will use a range of strategies to engage identified vulnerable pupils in learning and co-ordinate a package of services that will improve the pupil's behaviour, motivation, self-esteem and educational attainment.
