Start date - ASAP
Basic Salary - £40,000 basic with OTE £60,000+ - Uncapped commission
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 17:00pm
Location - Edinburgh - City Centre

Our Edinburgh based client are looking to recruit a Sales Manager ASAP on a full time permanent basis as they continue to grow.

As the sales manager you will be at the heart of the company's sales funnel. You will be leading the sales team and participating in the day-to-day sales operations. You will be responsible for managing, training, and monthly/annual sales reporting. In addition,you will personal sales goals and help create itineraries/quotes for new leads. You will use our Tour Writer software that generates bespoke itineraries with a quote. And train the sales team to use Tour Writer optimally.
We are looking for someone with the below experience.

  • Minimum 4 years experience working in a tour operator sales role
  • Experience of working with high end clientele.
  • A strong track record in sales.
  • Management background
  • Experience of leading a team and enjoy coaching others to help them succeed
  • Experience within a fastpaced environment
  • Methodical, orderly, and systematic approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Adaptable and be able to take up new challenges in a fastpaced environment.
