ePMA Senior Lead Trainer

A ePMA Senior Lead Trainer is needed for an inclusive and collaborative company to work on a contract basis to cover a constantly changing the growing IT demands/issues for an NHS Trust in West London.

This is an onsite contract, and it comes with a salary of £350.00 a day Inside IR35.

The ePMA Senior Lead Trainer will be responsible for the creation of training strategy that will underpin the delivery of Training for the ePMA Programme.

The ePMA Senior LeadTrainer will create and deliver a wide range of training mechanisms and materials.

Delivery of developed training will be via a mix of electronic teaching solutions such as face to face, webinars and eLearning in order to ensure that all clinical system end users are trained to a level of competency that enables confident and appropriateutilisation of Trust clinical systems.

The primary skills required of the ePMA Senior Lead Trainer should include:

Experience in the delivery of ePMA training
Proven digital training skills in a large organisation
Development of training strategy and operational plan on how training will be delivered to large scale clinical workforce
Experience with RiO would be ideal, but will take any clinical experience
Need to have previously managed a team
