I am currently working with a Local Authority in the
Channel Islands, who are looking to appoint
an Assistant Team Manager/Practice Manager to their Family Safeguarding Service.

In joining now you'll be a part of one of the largest of the Channel Islands, between England and France

With time allocatedto attend training and reflective supervision from your line manager, you feel truly supported and there are real development opportunities.

As well as having
_ free accommodation provided_, you will also benefit from not managing a caseload so that you are able to deputise the Team Manger in re-establishing and strengthening foundations to build excellent practice.

In this role,you would manage and provide a comprehensive assessment and protection service to the adult and children's at-risk population and their carers and approve resource allocation so as to manage risk and meet identified needs.

To join the team,you are ideally
a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England who can drive. Previous experience managing a team/group of social workers and an understanding of children's & adult safeguardingissues is a plus.
