- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Customer Service /Administrator to provide excellent customer service, demonstrate strong leadership and resolve any emerging queries that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:
- Provide administration Support to the Service team
- Process orders
- Chasing planners
The ideal Administrator / Customer Service Advisor:
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
