Description

We are looking for an energetic Team Leader to come and join our team

Shifts are 4 over 7 days which will include weekends and on call duties

Shifts are 8-2 and 2-8

Contractual to 24 hours a week

Responsibilities:

To administer medications to residents adhering to all policies and procedures. Ensure medication stock levels are maintained and all documentation completed
To supervise staff to ensure smooth running of the shift ensuring residents care needs are met in a timely manner.
Participate in the inductions of care staff and as requested carry out formal supervision sessions.

Experience Required

Should have medication training & be able to administer medication safely
To be able manage staff based on skill mix, efficiently.
To maintain care records ensuring they are a true reflection of the care needs of the resident and that they are reviewed monthly.
