About the role

We are currently recruiting for a bar person who will be responsible for the operation of our licensed bar within Hartfields.

This role is key to the facilities in the communal areas at Hartfields providing the full range of beverages and snacks, which you would expect in our establishment.

Serving customers, handling cash, placing stock orders and ensuring value for money for both the organisation and our customers are all a big part of the role.

A Basic DBS check is required for this role.

About you

You will be part of a small team of bar staff; providing excellent customer service and supporting residents with events and activities held in the bar.

If you are interested in this position, you will have high levels of numeracy, cash handling experience and come from a background of strong customer service.

Experience of working in licenced premises and dealing with health and safety matters applicable to a bar environment would be desirable.
