Operations Manager

Location:
Wembley HA9 (office based)

Hours: 08:00am - 6:30pm

Salary:
£50,000 - £70,000

Benefits: 28 days holiday + bank holidays, NHS Pension scheme, parking nearby, great friendly working environment.


A GP Practice based in Northwest London over a number of sites with a fast growing list size of approximately 46,000 with an excellent CQC rating and QOF Results.

They are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team.

Their goal is tocontinue to drive their expansion and maximise their revenue channels, implement big organismal changes whilst still maintaining the highest level of patient care and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise revenue channels
  • Drive the Continuing growth of business
  • Support continuing quality improvement activities
  • Deliver compliance obligations
  • Support integration with new downstream services

Person Specification

  • Degree level certification relevant management or finance qualification
  • Excellent people management skills (with experience)
  • Has worked in a large multiretail chain store
  • Strong track record of multisite team management
  • Strong commercial and quality focus and financial KPIs
  • Experience of dealing with the customers and public
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Leadership Qualities, with good communication and organisational skills
  • Cando attitude
  • Attention to detail
