Property Inspector - Nottingham, United Kingdom - Whitegates Estate Agents
Description
You will be expected to:
- Organise and book property inspections as part of the management of the property portfolio
- Report and organise property maintenance for any issues found, track works and ensure all issues are closed down or completed in a timely manner.
- Complete inspection reports with photographs
Requirements:
- They will have a flexible approach and positive attitude reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity; Selfmotivation with a 'can do' attitude
- The successful applicant will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a lettings or property management role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and are well organised and able to prioritise your own workload.
- Full UK driving licence is essential
