A doctor-led cosmetic clinic in an exclusive area of London is looking for a Treatment Coordinator.

Your role

You will deal with patient enquiries and bookings, manage the diaries of the practitioners, and ensure that the patient journey is flawless.

You will aim to convert enquiries into booked consultations and treatments. You will provide information and advice on treatment options, and answer patient questions relating to treatments.

You will look after patients during their visit to the clinic, and you will stay in contact with patients post-treatment to ensure patient satisfaction, and to encourage repeat business.

You will communicate with patients promptly and politely, provide accurate and helpful information, deal with documentation and payments, and check that patient records are kept up-to-date.

You will develop your knowledge of the clinic's treatments and industry trends, and make yourself familiar with the clinic's client base, so as to best promote the clinic's offering.

Essential skills/attributes
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and sales skills who is used to working to targets.

You must also have excellent organisational skills, efficient and accurate administration skills, and a polished appearance and professional manner.
